  • How do I change my user codes?


  • The easiest way to change your security codes is by following the instructions in your user manual. If you have misplaced your user manual, you can find an electronic version here: user manuals.

  • Who do I call if I have a problem with my security system?
    If the problem pertains to the alarm system, then you can contact Allen Security. To contact Allen Security click here. If you have a false alarm or have questions regarding your monitoring, contact Security Central at 1-800-286-5699.

  • How do I test my security system?
    To test your security system, you first need to put it on test with Security Central. Contact Security Central at 1-800-286-5699 and tell them you want to put your system on test. They will need your Account number and passcode. This information can be found on your monitoring sheet. Once you have it on test, arm the system up and then open a door or window. You will need to let the sirens run for approximately 30 seconds in order for it to successfully communicate to Security Central. After 30 seconds you can disarm the system and call Security Central and verify that they got your signals.
